ProActive Appliance Maintenance safety standards include guidelines and requirements aimed at ensuring the safety of technicians and customers' property. 

• Minimum crawl space height of 4 ft.
• Attics are required to have pull-down ladders in good condition. Alternatively, customers may provide their own ladder that extends at least 2ft into the space.(TECHS DO NOT SUPPLY LADDERS)
• Attics must have secured flooring from entrance to unit.
• Access panels must be minimum 2 1/2 ft x 3ft.
• Working on AC condensers or rooftops in the rain or snow is prohibited
• Rooftop units must have secure ladders, either indoors or outdoors
• Crawling over or under ductwork or other obstacles to gain access to appliances or components is strictly prohibited due to safety risks.
