Yes, we provide repair services for all appliances listed on our Maintenance Services page, unless stated otherwise. Our team of experienced technicians will inspect and maintain your appliances, and if any issues are detected during the process, we will inform you of the problem and offer a solution. In addition, if there are pre-existing issues when we arrive, we will address those as well.


Yes, We do offer emergency services.


No, we do not offer replacement services.

ProActive Appliance Maintenance safety standards include guidelines and requirements aimed at ensuring the safety of technicians and customers' property. 


  • Minimum crawl space height of 4 ft.
  • Attics are required to have pull-down ladders in good condition. Alternatively, customers may provide their own ladder that extends at least 2ft into the space. (TECHS DO NOT SUPPLY LADDERS)
  • Attics must have secured flooring from entrance to unit.
  • Access panels must be minimum 2 1/2 ft x 3ft.
  • Working on AC condensers or rooftops in the rain or snow is prohibited
  • Rooftop units must have secure ladders, either indoors or outdoors
  • Crawling over or under ductwork or other obstacles to gain access to appliances or components is strictly prohibited due to safety risks.
